I.D. Grinding
CNC, automatic, and production I.D. grinding. Diameters ranging from .060 to 16″ with a 20″ swing. Most diameters over 1.5 up to 12″ long.
O.D. Grinding
Automatic and universal O.D. grinding. Diameters ranging from .060 up to 14″ x 48″ as the largest.
Centerless Grinding
Infeed and Thru-feed. From .100 up to 3.5″ to 12″ maximum length. Including Ded-true with Opti-dress.
Surface Grinding
From small tool room type up to 20″ x 40″ auto feed with read out.
Quality Inspection
We use top of the line gauging and inspection equipment to insure quality and precision. Including surface finishes. We also provide accurate inspection reports and certificates of conformance upon request.
